The program for a long weekend conference lasting

Day 1: check-in at the hotel, visit to the Norsk Folkemuseum museum
Day 2: conference
Day 3: cruise on a modern electric ferry through two fjords — Nærøyfjord and Aurlandsfjord. These are branches of Norway's longest fjord, Sognefjord. An alternative to this cruise is a cruise around the islands of Hovedøya, Grøsholmen and Lindøya.
Day 4: conference, gala dinner.
Day 5: departure home.
