Our life is beautiful!
In order to notice, feel and experience the beauty of life, we need resources.
Resources are the foundation of life in both the material and spiritual worlds.
One of the simplest and most resourceful ways to restore inner balance and spiritual growth is to practice temporarily withdrawing from everyday life — a retreat. During a retreat, self-observation, confidence, calmness and awareness develop. A feeling of inner support comes when a person does not just react to life, but begins to live consciously.
This practice is not new; it is written about in ancient scriptures, and we can find references to retreat, rest and renewal in the Bible: from Mark’s Holy Gospel 6:31 — "And he said to them, "Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while. For many were coming and going, and they had no time even to eat".

In line with retreats, there are yoga tours, wellness tours, spa tours, detox tours, pilgrimages, digital detoxes, psychotherapeutic trips with a psychologist, and recollections, all of which are important for the soul and body.

Such trips include:
— meditation;
— vipassana;
— detox nutrition;
— physical activity;
— a peaceful atmosphere in the mountains, by the sea or in the forest;
— walks;
— breathing practices;
— trips to monasteries;
— visits to ashrams;
— journaling, art therapy, constellations, bodywork;
— yoga practices;
— spiritual guidance (sermons, lectures);
— communication with spiritual mentors (priests, monks)
Choosing a location is the most important part of our work. We understand how important the atmosphere of a place, its character, philosophy, and harmony with the group are. For many years, we have been measuring energy levels, carefully inspecting and, like followers of Abel Tasman, discovering new places — little-known, cozy, special — and exploring popular locations.

The selection of a place is based on the following elements:
1. region (seaside, mountains, forest, island) — depending on your preference: sea and sun or coolness and silence;
2. transport accessibility — proximity to the airport, convenience of transfers;
3. type of accommodation — bungalows, eco-lodges, boutique hotels, hotels;
4. type of program;
5. budget;
6. classroom facilities, equipment;
7. meals — vegetarian, special menus
